"In the spring of 2010, we decided to start getting together to make art
and encourage each other to become more productive artists. As time has
progressed, a small group of creative friends expanded rapidly into a
thriving community of like minded individuals with a focus on art and
the community. Together we explore the opportunities and creative
outlets ranging from the individual artists all the way to local
outreach. Art Party Columbus goes above and beyond to push the limits of
creativity and is always looking for new ideas to help inspire us to
go even further outside of the box. We incorporate all art, at all
levels, and try our best to further knowledge and the community we rely
so heavily upon. Please join us and help us make a difference! "

The year has sprinted out of the gate fast and there is no slowing down in sight. At this months Art Party we will be working on art for the eggs that we will be passing out at the pride parade. We will also hopefully be debuting our first Art Trade Box! So come join us at the CRC for a day of art and inspiration. Feel free to come early or late. Stay all day or just for an hour. Feel free to bring art to work on, ideas to share, friends or food and spend the day getting inspired. Please remember that monthly Art Parties are 18 and over. |
